TERMS AND POLICIES
TERMS: All dealer orders are shipped C.O.D.
and we reserve the right to specify collection by certified
check or money order. Established dealers may pay by company
check, personal checks are not accepted. Retail customers must
pay by the following credit/ debt cards MasterCard, Visa, or
Discover.
SHIPPING: Most orders are shipped within
24 hours by UPS ground service. Second Day Blue Label, Three
Day Orange Label and Next Day Air Red Label are available
at an additional cost. Shipments out of the United States
cannot be C.O.D other payment options will be decided by Cape
Fear Motorcycle Supply Corp.
PRICES: All prices are F.O.B. Wilmington,
N.C. and are subject to change without notice, although we
will make every effort to inform our dealers prior to shipment.
RETURNS: All returns must be made within
7 days of receipt of product. Returns must be approved by
Cape Fear Motorcycle Supply Corp. If approved, the customer
will be given an RA (return authorization) number that must
be printed on the outside of the box in permanent marker with
a note in box stating reason for return. Parts being returned
must be in new unused condition. All returns are subject to
a 20% restock fee.
SHIPPING DAMAGE: Cape Fear Motorcycle Supply
Corp inspects all products before shipping and packages them
very carefully to avoid damage. The customer must inspect
the product within 24hrs of receiving it, if any damage is
noticed the customer must notify the shipping carrier at once
to make a claim. The box and packaging material must be saved
for carrier to inspect. Cape Fear Motorcycle Supply Corp is
not responsible for any shipping damage.
WARRANTY: All products except electrical
parts have a warranty for a period of 30 days from receipt
against hidden defects for repair or replacement of part.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation,
misuse or abuse.
